Project Civil Group (PCG) is a passion project. It was born out of a desire to want to do more and to do it better. Our Director, Joseph, spent over 10 years managing Civil Excavation projects with a well known industry provider. He has an immense gratitude to his original employer for not only setting a great example of high expectations but for teaching him the ropes at every level. Joseph started at base level and ended as a Project Manager across multiple sites. He realised that whilst leaving was hard, he needed to do it his way. 
 

Joseph has always carried with him his values of personal dedication to each site and the ability to multitask. This has helped him build PCG into the company it is today. He believes in striving for perfection at every turn point and expects nothing less from his hand picked employees. His approachable nature and industry expertise see him developing and maintaining relationships with crew members at all points of a job - from the spotter to the CEO. 
 

Joseph’s motto has always been - expect the best but prepare for the worst. He never likes to be caught out at any site unprepared. He knows what it’s like out there and he’s ready to tackle it - head first.
